While in Egypt in May, Yassin arranged to add another liaison center for SUNSGLOW. This center is located in upper Egypt in the beautiful city of El-Minia – 250 km south of Cairo. It will be directed by Hon. Alaa Makadi, member of Egypt’s House of Representatives. El-Minia center will begin planning for a SUNSGLOW program on Police Reform. In that program, for which funding is now being arranged, the Governor, H.E. General Ahmed Dia el-Din, a professor of criminology will play a major role.
